Hi there,

The error message you are getting means your server is running PHP5.6 which has been end of life (EOL) for a while now, see here:

https://www.php.net/eol.php#:~:text=5.5,6%20years%20ago

I recommend contacting your host and have them update the server to use PHP7.4 (which is the latest version that Event Espresso supports currently) which should prevent the above error.

Hi there,

I noticed you have requested a license key reset for the above issue.

I have processed that request and reset the license for you but just wanted to add that the above error is not caused by a license issue so it is unlikely to fix the issue.
