It seems, that no matter what I choose under template settings /wp-admin/admin.php?page=template_confg the registration form uses the ui-darkness.
I wonder if it is a jquery error, but I cant seem to find the error anywhere I look.

Hi Franz,
jQuery-ui.css is being called after the event espresso version causing it to override the ee version.
<link rel="stylesheet" id="jquery-ui-style-css" href="http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jqueryui/1.8.23/themes/ui-darkness/jquery-ui.css?ver=3.6.1" type="text/css" media="all">
This is likely caused by your theme. Try switch your theme to one of the WordPress default themes and see if the issue continues.

Thank you for the Very Quick answer.
However, when I change the theme it keeps the Black skin.
i will try disabling the Jetpack though.

I deactivated all modules all modules but Eventespresso, and changed to Twenty-Twelve theme. But its still black – and the jQuery styles are still inserted.
Does anyone else use the newest wp and the newest EE?
