Two day event: how to enable separate check-ins for each day?

We are running two-day events and the only ticket available is for both days. There are no single day tickets sold separately. All attendees have a single ticket for both days.

However we want to check people in on each morning — I’m wondering how we might be able to enable seperate daily check-ins?

We haven’t issued tickets yet so if I need to re-structure things to send out two tickets, one for each day, it is still possible without too much disruption.

I’ve just realised that we could simply check every one out at the end of day one as a bulk action in WP admin. I assume they can then be check in again at the start of Day 2?

Hi there,

How are you checking the users in? Using the mobile apps?

You have 2 options for this, the first is using a single DateTime and then checking the registrants in/out each day.

The other is setting the event to use 2 DateTimes (one for each day) and checking the registrants into each individual Datetime.

Both can use a single ticket as you can apply a ticket to multiple datetimes but the latter does not require you checkout the registrants to allow them to check in again.
