Tweak Request in Admin Registration

Hey Guys! I looked and looked for the new feature request page, but I can’t find it. Anyways, not sure how hard/easy it would be to allow all tickets to stay live on the Admin side so the Admin can manually add new Registrations under that Event after the ticket has expired but still expiring to the public. It keeps everything under one Event and keeps our books in order. Just a suggestion 😉

This feature was added in Event Espresso 4.10.2.
