I am about to go live tomorrow 01 Aug and registered myself for one of the events. I created each ride and under each ride participants can elect to donate $5, $10 or $15 during Registration. My problem is it shows TWO registrations have occurred. It obviously looks at MY registration and creates a Ticket then looks at MY donation and creates a Ticket. Can the Donation Ticket be turned off as such but still show on Participants Ride Ticket along with their Entry fee?

Hi,
In Event Espresso 4 a registration is a ticket. So if you add different ticket types and give them a name like “Donation”, it’s still a ticket.
If you need to add donations you can use something like the Price Modifier add-on that’s available from a third party developer:

Is this something that will be made available in EE4 in the future as part of the Everything Licence?

Not that particular plugin. The Everything license includes everything developed by Event Espresso the company. The Everything license does not include plugins developed by third parties.
If the Event Espresso company develops their own Price Modifier add-on one day, that’s something that would be included in the Everything license. Currently they are not planning on building one like that though.

How do I change the Status to un check someone out that has been Checked IN by accident. Eg: I checked in myself using the QR code on my receipt to TEST that it works. I now want to UN CHECK me in so I can do it on the day or show other staff how to change this on the day.
