I know I turned this on at one point, but how do I turn it off? I am looking under Payment Settings and see nothing that allows me to do this. |
|
Usually it is turned on when you are using the sandbox mode, or the gateway’s development server, or have it in test mode. It depends on which gateway you are using. If it is the WP debug mode then it is in the wp-config.php file. |

It’s not something set up in Event Espresso? Okay thanks for letting me know |
|
It seems like something in Event Espresso though. The debug report I am talking about appears in the page where you choose a payment option. It is on a page generated by Event Espresso. I have the Authorize.net add on installed but I don’t think that is related to this |
Can you please post the error here? |

the question was asked, but no answer was given. |

Hi Monica, As per Sidneys note, the debug messages appear becuase of the Sandbox/Developer mode being turned on – here is a screenshot for both the PayPal and PayPal Pro settings highlighting the sandbox mode setting – http://d.pr/i/EDxn Please make sure these are unticked. |

Seth: There is no error. Just want to turn off debug mode. |
Hi Tom, Authorize.net SIM has a ‘development server’ option instead http://d.pr/i/azu2 In the example posted it is the only option ticked. |

Thanks Tony. |
Yes that’s correct. The development server allows you to submit test payments and follow the outcome. (Payment Successful/Declined) you can leave the development options checked to run test transactions. Then just disable the development options when you launch. |
