Trying to RT?M – Unable to Access

Since you do not offer refunds or a 30-day free trial period, I am trying to read the Knowledge Base documentation in order to better understand how the plugin works, which license I need and answer some other pre-sale questions.

Unfortunately, I am not able to do so. The message I receive indicates that I must purchase a license in order to read the documentation.

How do you suggest I proceed?
