Trouble uploading EE4

I’m having trouble uploading EE4 on my WordPress site. I’ve followed all of the steps but it gives me this error message:

Installing Plugin from uploaded file: event-espresso-core-reg.zip
Unpacking the package…

Could not copy file. event-espresso-core-reg/core/db_models/EEM_Payment.model.php

What am I doing wrong?

Hi there,

It’s likely a permissions problem. You can either change the permissions on your wp-content folder or upload via FTP.
