Hi. I am having trouble logging in to the app to scan barcodes to check in attendees and make their barcode inactive. The app keeps telling me “Error: The password you entered for the email address (my email address) is incorrect. Lost your password? I don’t believe that I have lost my password bc I can login to my Event Espresso account without any problems. I would appreciate any assistance that you can provide. Also, I have read multiple posts about methods to create a login for an employee (or multiple employees) to be able to scan tickets without have the information for our main account. Is there a preferred/best/newest method to do this?
