Trouble logging in to account on phone app to scan barcodes

Hi. I am having trouble logging in to the app to scan barcodes to check in attendees and make their barcode inactive. The app keeps telling me “Error: The password you entered for the email address (my email address) is incorrect. Lost your password? I don’t believe that I have lost my password bc I can login to my Event Espresso account without any problems. I would appreciate any assistance that you can provide. Also, I have read multiple posts about methods to create a login for an employee (or multiple employees) to be able to scan tickets without have the information for our main account. Is there a preferred/best/newest method to do this?

Can you try temporarily deactivating other plugins on your site, then check to see if the error goes away on

if it still don’t work, please fill the form.
