Ticket Plugin installed, activated but not there… on a fresh brandnew wordpress installation…
Good start… Plug and Play is something else…
The Doc´s are somehow overwhelming confusing…
O.k. > You are confusing people, as you name ticketing as “Message” or “News” and translate to “Nachrichten” and do not position it like other plugin and show it as addons! The logic comes after time consuming search and make own logic out of all.
Each add-on the downloads area of your account includes a icon for documentation. The ticket templates are part of the messages system for Event Espresso 4 so they can be found in Event Espresso –> Messages.
Not all of our add-ons have their own sub menus. For example the Events Table View template add-on does not have any admin screens and the settings for the WP User Integration is part of the Registration Forms screen.
