Trigger send "Payment Reminder" Bulk Action – Toggle all Registrations

Is there away where you can add a “Send Email Reminder” in Bulk Action pull down, in Registration view?. Basically the “Send Email Reminder” will trigger an email message type “Payment Reminder” to all registrations with pending payment status that are toggled/checked. This way we don’t have to go in each of the registration “view transaction details” page and trigger the “send payment reminder icon”.
