“Event Overview” does not open. I cannot access any data. Help.

Event Overview does not open on windows laptop. From iphone,when clicking on previously opened page in event overview, the following message appears.
“Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator at cgiaadmin@yourhostingaccount.com to inform them of the tine this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.”
Please help me.

Generally a 500 internal server error is caused by a server configuration or code that can’t be interpreted by the server.
Usually the error log will point to what’s causing the problem and that can lead to finding a solution.
please contact your hosting too.
