Hi there
EventEspresso is not really translation-ready… For example: Why it is not possible to translate this sentences into German??
The event you have selected requires logging in before you can register. You can register for an account here if you don’t have a login.
You need to select at least one event before you can proceed with the registration process.
Please tell me, where we can do the translations.

I’m sorry you felt hat way, however, I can tell you that pretty much every string within Event Espresso is ran through some form of translation function and if its not we will happily apply a patch so that it is.
For example: Why it is not possible to translate this sentences into German??

Some strings have place holders in use to pass HTML, such as links, other have place holders for various other bits of data so you can’t always simply search for the full string.
I recommend searching for partial strings to find what you are looking for.
