Translation not effective in documents

I have translated and downloaded then the .mo file but infos in the emails sent to customers are still in english.
eg : • Payment Status.
==> Translated but still in english.

Hi, those can be translated through the Messages system directly.

The same change would be need for Question Groups and questions.
