When we transfer a paid participant to another event, the “Event Payment Detail” email is always triggered, which confusing customer. Many have assumed that we are double charging them. “Registration Pending Payment” email is also triggered. This occurs when a payment is deleted as well.
I could be missing a few more emails.
There are times where we have received a database error. However, I can’t replicate this for you right now.
Hi, could you let us know the version of Event Espresso that you are using and could you also share an overview of how they are being transferred between events?
