When you use the attendee mover add-on to move a registration from one ticket to another, what it basically does is create a new registration using the original contact details, assigns that new registration to the original transaction and then cancels the original registration.
So when you do the CSV export on the event with the original registration on you’ll see the registration listed with a ‘Registration Status’ of ‘Cancelled’, the transaction status will show ‘Complete’ as its still assigned to the transaction, but the reg status shows the status of that specific registration, see – https://monosnap.com/file/0ow3ZW22tFHal228xcIDW2VgyZ6m6q
I’ve moved the registration with ID 2581 onto another event, and then exported the registrations for the original event.
Based on the above, it sounds like the event admin is looking at the transaction status rather than the registration status.
You can, but it depends on which fields you want to edit, can you provide some more details?
