transfer datetime and ticket to new event.

In order to avoid massive numbers of datetimes collecting, I created a new event for 2020. I have 3 datetimes/tickets that I started inthe old event. How do I transfer those datetimes/tickets to the 2020 class. Some already have registrations.

Hi there,

In short, you can’t and you would need to create new datetimes/tickets in the new event.

What you can do once you’ve created those is use the Attendee mover add-on to ‘move’ the current registrations from Event A to Event B.

So create your new 2020 event, create the new datetimes and tickets relevant for that event and then mover the registrations from the ‘old’ event to the new one, selecting the correct ticket for the relevant datetime.
