Hi I have sometimes transactions went fine and payment was done but the status is unpaid and the assignments are not calculated. Detail: Please see my screenshots |

Hmm, very strange, that transaction shows it finalized. Does this happen regularly? Any errors in the server error logs around the time of the payment? The payment logs for that specific transaction should still be available within your site, can I take a look over those? If so please send over temp login details using this form: |

Hi there, A few times I tried to log into the site and whilst the credentials do indeed work, the admin would not load, if that’s happening during payments it can do all kinds of weird and wondering things with updates. However, now that I’ve logged in (and the admin loaded) I can’t view the payment method logs as those are only available to admins, can you update the role on that account so I can take a look? |

Hmm noting in the logs at all… everything looks correct there so I can’t tell you how/why this happened. I suspect is related to the slowdowns that are happening on the site (I’ve had the above happen 4 times when looking at this, the whole site just locks up for a few minutes, it eventually does load but can take a really long time). Right now, all I can tell you is how you should be able to fix the transaction. When viewing the transaction screen click on the ‘Belastingen en totaal opnieuw berekenen’ button, that should recalculate the transaction status and as its now paid, complete the the status. — How often does this happen? Any errors in the server error logs around the time of the payment? |
