Transaction shows in Authorize.net but not showing on the registration list

This weekend we had 6 people show up at event that were not listed on the registration report. Their transaction information was confirmed on our merchant account but they are not found anywhere in registration information. Help!

Hi Brush,

The first thing to check is your caching set up. If you’re caching the database the software will not work as expected.

Can you check in the Event Espresso > Transactions list? Along with that you can look at the transaction logs for each Authnet transaction in Event Espresso > Payment Methods > Logs. You should be able to match the transaction IDs and times from the account to what’s logged.
