Hello, we are trying to figure out how this can happen. We have a transaction that shows 3 people registered for each of two events with a total of $1074 (6 x $179). Only 4 people were actually registered (3 for one event, 1 for the other event) and the paid transaction was for those 4 people only ($716). Now it shows there is a balance on this transaction, but there are not two additional registrations attached to this transaction. What may have caused this and how do we correct it as they owe no money and only registered 4 people. Images here: https://imgur.com/a/N5eQUtM
I’m wondering, how did you know that 6 was checkout? but only 4 was paid. Did you check on the messages generated if 6 people received it? or in transaction? can you give more detail on what happen? Were you able to replicate the issue? If you did, can you send us loom video? https://www.loom.com/
2.How are you removing or changing registration for your transaction?
3. Can you try clicking recalculate taxes and total button.
