transaction payment error

After someone makes a payment, the payment will go thru but will send back a reply message that transcation is complete payment of $0.00 was made.

How do I correct the $0.00 and have it show the amount the customer paid?

We’d need some more information to troubleshoot this. Which version of Event Espresso and which gateway? Is this message on the thank you page, or in an email? What’s the price of the event?
