Hi, we’re having some issues with an event just set up that is complimentary, but they want to register people to it. I’ve set it up the usual way with a tag that goes to KEAP, which usually initiates a series of emails. With this event, that isn’t happening. We were testing it tonight and got a message “An error has occurred. A valid primary registration could not be found”. Is it possible that because there’s no actual payment happening that the registration wouldn’t work? I assume it’s ok to have a free ticket?
We do have a plugin that one of you gave me to make it wait until the payment had gone through before completing the registration. Would that cause this to happen if we didn’t have an actual monetary transaction going through? In which case I guess we wouldn’t be able to have a free ticket. Or maybe it’s something else?

By default that should work fine. Free tickets should work as normal, but…

This would indeed be causing it, which snippet it is? Can you add it to PasteBin so I can take a look?
Sorry about the multiple replies. I just found the email from Keap in my junk folder, so it is working with that plugin disabled.
