Hi there,

The error codes indicate that the transaction amounts that get passed to PayPal are not correct. In this case, you should check and verify that all the Event Espresso add-ons are up to date and that there are no older gateway files in /wp-content/uploads/espresso/gateways. All of the latest versions of the add-ons can be downloaded from your account page.

Another important thing to check is for older template files in /wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates. If there are any templates from an earlier version in that location, they should be removed or updated to use the updated code from the new version’s templates.

there are no gateway files in wp/content/uploads/espresso/gateways.

The only files we’ve revised are in …templates, and they are: css, list, display list and post (all espresso).

As far as we know, all are up to date.

Which add-ons are installed, and what are the version numbers of them?

Have you tried deactivating any non-EE plugins to see if the issue persists?

Hi there,

The groupon add-on is one version behind. The current version (1.5.3) is compatible with Event Espresso 3.1.28 and up. The previous version (1.5.2) is not compatible with the new pricing functions in Event Espresso, which is likely what is causing the problem.

hmmm. wonder why it didn’t show it needed an update in wp?

isawilldupage

Well, that was it. Might there be a reason the plugin didn’t show update available in the WP admin?

An unintended consequence of changing the name of the plugin directory name. That’s why I asked about the version numbers of the Event Espresso add-ons.
