Please help me by adding the following functionality because it’s really the only thing we use Event Espresso for.

We hold training classes therefore we need to create an event that reserves staff, room and populates ical calendar correctly. Here is an example: We offer a puppy class that cost x dollars, it’s 4 weeks long and meets on Saturday at 10AM. WE have an obedience course that is 8 weeks long and meets Saturday at 11:30AM.

We want the public to sign up to our course once paying the x dollars and we want the calendar to show everytime that course is meeting. When a person see that class on the schedule they can click on it and if it’s already in session they are redirected to our waiting list for that course. We don’t want to take a down payment for the waiting list until we have a firm date for the next course. However when the next course is actually set then the system should send out an email to those on waiting list and if they are still interested then they click on a link that bring s them to the new course registration pay where they click pay now. It’s first come first signed up so if they sign in and there are not spots then they should be asked if they want to stay on the list.

Two other detailed features: Courses – if a course is 8 weeks / sessions then allow us to enter a start date and frequency (every week, every other week..etc.) and enter how many sessions and have it calculate end date.

Class Adjustment – if the staff resource is unavailable for a giving class allow us to makeup – cancel that one class and have the system ask if there is a makeup date or not. If not, is there a refund that has to be issues. If so, a credit report can be printed so we can refund.
