Is it possible for users to see their registration progress (i.e. The step they are on) as bread crumbs at the top of the page. For instance ‘step 1: registrant information’, ‘Step 2: Payment’ etc…
Would this be something I would do with custom fields or is there a more direct way to do it.

This isn’t something that is available in the current version. We are actually developing this for a future version, but I don’t have an ETA on that yet.

I suppose I could find an alternative, less built-in, way of achieving this but I’d like to know if you have any suggestions as to how I might approach a solutiong. Would it not be fairly easy to hook my own function in to the forms?

You could conceivably add this to the template files.
- Step 1 would be the registration page, so
registration_page_display.php
- Step 2 would depend on if you’re using Multi Event Registration or not. If you are, this might be the shopping cart (so
shopping_cart.php otherwise, it would be the confirmation page (so confirmation_display.php).
- Step 3 would be payment (so
payment_page.php)
if you require attendees to be pre-approved, then that would obviously be an additional step in the process and if you’re using Multi Event Registration then you’d have an additional step after the shopping cart to enter the attendee information.
