Hi there,

None of the plugins are active when the site was moved over.

Moved over? As in changing hosts? How was the site moved?

How do we know which ones to activate?

It depends on the features needed on the site so that’s not something we can answer. The ‘Event Espresso’ plugin is the core plugin, any others that start with ‘Event Espresso’ then another name are add-ons to add additional functionality.

It depends if the user that installed the additional plugins just installed everything available on the license, or added the plugins the site actually used.
