Hi Joe,
I checked your site and I don’t see any events timing out there. Can you send a more specific example of something that’s timing out there?

One other suggestion: If the registrants are running out of time because there are so many fields on the registration form, you can consider removing some of the fields. This will help reduce the amount of time required to fill out the registration form.
