I am having issues with time zone syncing. On both wordpress and in event espresso, the time zones are set correctly to my nearest City (Auckland). In the events, they display the correct times too.

However, when viewing attendee registrations, the times are displaying as being made 18hrs earlier than they should be. This has resulted in the payment status as being listed as incomplete or pending, despite the payments having already been made via paypal.

Any ideas? Thanks!

Hi Shane,

What version of Event Espresso are you running?

Hi Shane,

Very strange, I tested the time zone function on that version. For me in my local time (GMT+2) it works fine.

Amending my location to Auckland, doesnt change the attendee time stamp it stays in local time.

I haven’t been able to recreate a minus 18 hour time stamp though.

Will need to refer this onto the developers to look into in detail.

Can you please post a few of the timestamps so we can see the format? It sounds like it might be using the server time instead.

@Shane
Do you know what your server’s time is? It might be listed in your server’s control panel somewhere.
