Timeslots in Calendar

Hi,

every Tuesday and Thursday between 3pm-5pm the room where our events are is not available. We could enter an Event with these datetimes for the whole year. But if the time would change, we would have to change every datetime manually for the whole year.
Is there a more elegant way, just to display in the Calendar (Calendar Add-On) that these timeslots are unavailable and why or something like that?

Hi there,

Currently, the only way to display an element on the calendar is to create an event and use that so the steps you mentioned above would be the way to go.

And is it possible to subscribe to events instead of downloading them?

I’m not sure what you mean, we don’t have a ‘download’ feature.

Can you provide more details?

Sorry, of course.
On the eventpage it is possible to download the datetimes and import it in to Outlook/iCal.
?ee=download_ics_file&ics_id=
I was wondering if it is possible to subscribe to a datetime, an event or at best to all events?

Not as an ical feed. There is an RSS feed for events available at {yoursite.com}/events/feed
