We’ve had a customer purchase 80 tickets in one transaction, using your EE4 Multiple Event Registration plug-in, and we are unable to generate the ticket for him; the page times out with a 522 error.
Our next larges booking of 26 tickets work perfectly fine.
We are currently using EE Core 4.8.24.p, EE Barcode scanner 1.0.6.p, EE Calendar 3.2.6.p, EE MER 2.0.6.p, EE Mailchimp 2.3.1.p, EE People 1.0.4.p, EE Social Sharing 1.0.p, EE Ticketing 1.0.3.p on WP 4.3.1. My site, sydney.anglo-indian-reunion.com, is hosted by siteground.com and I’ve configure Cloudflare for CDN as per your documentation.
80 tickets is a lot of information to pull in and is causing your server to timeout, likely hitting the max_execution_time value set on the server.
Are you using shared hosting? If siteground allows it on your hosting package you can increase the value of max_execution_time to give your server additional time to generate the tickets.
If you go to Event Espresso -> Maintenance -> System information.
You can check the current value by searching for ‘max_execution_time’ there, by default it is usually 30 seconds.
