Who can help us we are crazy about π thank you in advance π |
Hi Victor, That sounds similar to this issue which can occur if another plugin is using date_default_timezone_set: https://eventespresso.com/topic/incorrect-event-time/#post-200282 Have you recently installed any new plugins on your site that have a time feature? — |

Hi lorenzo, |
Hello, Is this happening for all events or just the event in your screenshot and to confirm, Event Espresso is the only plugin that is being used on your site? — |
|
|
hi lorenzo, this is on multiple events. |
Multiple but not all or all events? (Sorry but it makes a difference which one)
Do you have a development copy of the site where you can temporarily de-active ALL non EE plugins and switch to a default theme to test if any of those are the cause? |

hi tony, to provide I will go see this as good for the record you are a good and correct answer. seems so far it seems that all events lying in the future this. but as I said I will come back here. I do not mind setting up a development environment in which we can test things, but you have a manual for this? and the license code should I use? thanks in advance for your response |
Hi Victor, If this was previously working but suddenly stopped working, then something recently changed on your site as those event date times should match up and this sounds like the issue (https://eventespresso.com/topic/incorrect-event-time/#post-200282). On your earlier comment, you mentioned that only Event Espresso was running but I see that you updated later to share that other plugins are running as well. Could you try deactivating all plugins and reactivating only Event Espresso? Do the times then appear normal? If you would prefer, then you can duplicate the site onto a testing / staging area. However, it would be much quicker to set aside about 5 minutes to run through the suggested testing above. — |
