I have used EE since 2020, but I am experieincing a very basic issue I can not figure out on multiple classes.

https://childbirthconcierge.com/childbirthclasses/childbirth-education-class-orlando-lamaze-type-2025-2nd-of-3-class-series-in-person/

it is showing 3 classes but no option to purchase. A student alerted us that they couldn’t register. Then on the Calm Baby class for tomorrow 1/7, it shows I have sold 4 seats, yet there is no tickets assigned to it.

So I am utterly confused.

I also can not get an “order ” of tickets to stay they way I have ordered them.

Can you help me trouble shoot why my multiple dates on one event will not display the way I order them?

Hi there,

On that event page, I see there are five options to purchase, one for each month Jan – June in that order. Is that right?

correct, that how we do the 4 events.. we offer a separate class “tickets” each month. On the back end the dates are in order, but what shows on the site is NOT. I an not problem solve this for the life of me.

also the document link you shared above- I have done everything on there.. it shows in the EE side correctly, and when I choose to “reorder the ticket” I see what on on the actual website display page, I then reorder them, hit save, and refresh and nope they are displaying out of order again. I am stumped.

Choose to “reorder the ticket”, then reorder them, hit save. Then you can update the event (or not) and view the event on the front-page. Don’t just refresh the page.
