Tickets not showing

Hi team,
iam not able see tickers, its showing something error this “Hello,
Your ticket(s) are not available because your registration(s) are not approved. If you think this is incorrect, please contact the site administrator.”
can you please help me .

Hi there,

How are you getting the link for tickets?

Is there an event I can register onto to view this?

It sounds like you have the ‘Default Registration Status’ set to ‘Not Approved’ and then your trying to view the tickets for a Not Approved registration.

Is that correct?

no, i have set default registration set to “Pending Payment”. i have registered through invoice and approved from admin, so i got tickets but when i click on ticket i got the following error
“Hello,
Your ticket(s) are not available because your registration(s) are not approved. If you think this is incorrect, please contact the site administrator.”

Hmm, ok, in that case, can you go to:

Event Espresso -> Messages -> Settings.

First, check your HTML messenger is enabled. Click on HTML and check the toggle is green and to the right, like this – https://monosnap.com/file/BpHYnSjevbKLlmSjPYsFV3Lw1G01qA

Next, make sure the Ticket message type is in the active message types (like in my screenshot above), not the Inactive.

If it is already active, drag it over to the inactive section, wait a few seconds and drag it back.

Now test your ticket URL again, does it now work?

May I ask was the HTML messenger disabled or was it setting the ticket type to be inactive and back again that fixed it for you?
