Hey guys, can you please tell me if the reason tickets aren’t showing on thank you page or receipts or on the ADMIN side becuase I don’t have a license key on the development website? We really need to be able to test that we can view the tickets becuase we are creating custom members area and integrating some woo stuff and I cant know for sure its working properly on test site because the tickets dont show. Is it because there isn’t a license key entered on development website? And if that is the case, can I just put it on there for one week tops to be able to test this properly. If i need to private reply the domain so you can see it is indeed a test copy only let me know. thanks |

Hi Jarred, Not having a key on a site would not be the reason. You could check your message settings (in Event Espresso > Messages > Settings). For example if you don’t see anywhere to download a receipt, then it could be the Receipt message type has been deactivated. |

I downloaded fresh copy from “my account” on event espresso, uploaded it via FTP to the test site and there is ZERO ticket message. https://www.screencast.com/t/Gky8cGmb https://www.screencast.com/t/KmYh1yKL Those links above are from the test site. But here is what I see on Live website down below which makes me think the version Im downloading from my account is wrong maybe??? |

You will see in those screenshots above, the live website version that autoupdates has the ticket notices. But the version I downloaded from my account on event espresso does not have the ticket message, or at least it’s not uploading via ftp for some reason. ANy idea on how I can fix this? thanks |

It sounds like you need to install the ticketing add-on. That’s an add-on you can download from your account page. |

Hot dog hot dog hot diggity dog 🙂 It was really blowing my mind so of course it was just a dumb coo coo for coco puffs brain by me. Thanks Josh.. |
|
BUT for some reason I cant find it in my account to download? |
|
I see why I was confused now. The plugin name on live website is called Event Espresso – Ticketing (EE4+). But in my account its named “Printable Tickets”. At leas |

Apologies for the confusion, we changed the name of the add-on on the site a while back but left the account page as is to prevent issues with previous downloads. Anyway, I’m glad you found it, any further problems just let us know. |
