Your ticket(s) are not available because your registration(s) are not approved. If you think this is incorrect, please contact the site administrator.”
can you please help me .
Is there an event I can register onto to view this?
It sounds like you have the ‘Default Registration Status’ set to ‘Not Approved’ and then your trying to view the tickets for a Not Approved registration.
no, i have set default registration set to “Pending Payment”. i have registered through invoice and approved from admin, so i got tickets but when i click on ticket i got the following error
