Tickets not in cart after being selected

When signed into our page we are able to select event tickets and they are in our cart and available for purchase, but if you are not signed in, you can select the ticket, its says you have one item, but when you click to do anything (look for more items, look at cart, proceed with registration) it says “There are no items in your cart”. So it looks like you have to have a log in to purchase?? Or?? We do not have anything in the permissions section of each event/ticket.

Where else can I find the problem and resolve? Its rather urgent. Thank you!

Hi there,

Whenever something doesn’t work when you’re logged out of the site, but it does work when you’re logged into the site, that’s a really good indication that the problem is caused by caching. If you do not have any caching plugins activated, you’ll need to contact your host and ask them to disable caching.
