Tickets in Ticket Notice are blank and Then Tickets disappered

Hello, Over 300 registered for an even that is still on going. As of March 7th the ticket notices were sending the registrants an email but with no ticket being displayed. All that was received was an email with a subject line but the body of the mail was a blank page. I went through the messages and saw that ticket notices had tickets all through March 6th but then on March 7th all the registrants received a blank email.
I tried re-sending ticket notices but they were also blank. I deactivated and then re-activated the ticketing plugin, then all the tickets disappeared. New registrants have registered and no tickets are being sent.

Hi there,

You can first go to Event Espresso > Messages > Settings > HTML messages and make sure the Tickets message type is activated. Then also check that the Ticket Notice message type is activated. Then you go to Event Espresso > Messages > Default Message Templates, then check the Ticket Notice template. If the template is blank, you can click on the Reset Template button and it will restore the Ticket template.
