Hi, I’ve set up an event for a client and they wanted to allow up to 200 tickets to be purchased at any one time. Purchasing this amount of tickets isn’t proving an issue, however when purchasers are trying to print their tickets the system seems to time out and ends with a ‘Page Not Found’ error. I’ve tried adjusting the max_execution_time with no luck. Is there something else I shouldd be look at. Thanks in advance.

You’ll probably need a server with more resources (at least a VPS) to generate many tickets in one request, and even with more resources I’m not sure 200 tickets would be a reasonable amount to generate. Is your current server even capable of generating 50 tickets in one request?

At the moment I’ve tested up to 175 tickets in one go. It just doesn’t seem to want to make the leap to 200

That may even be hitting a query limit that’s enforced by the web host.
