That’s really weird. Are you getting any errors in your error logs? Another thing to check that we just found out about is the database encoding for the Event Espresso tables. Sometimes the database encoding isn’t matching up for some tables, therefore causing database errors.
Yeah, It looks like the db query on line 62 of the ticketing template is coming back empty.
Try turning off the venue manager in the general settings, and see if it changes the ticket output. If it does, then I would definitely say that it’s the db collation conflict that we’ve seen. Did you upgrade this install from a version of EE prior to 3.1, maybe 3.0.something?
If that’s what it is, we have a patch that fixes it. We’ll either email it to you or post it up for download.
