I have the Ticketing module installed but, I do not see the tab in the left column under Event Espresso. I need to change the instuctions. When customers get their conformation it says the tickets are good for any date/time instead of just the day and time slot they purchased.
The ticketing add-on with EE4 generates tickets through the messaging system, so your tickets are in Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default message templates
You’ll find a ‘Ticket Notice’ message type (which is the email sent to the user with the link to their ticket) and Ticket template (which is the template for the ticket itself).
