We are going to get 1000 printed tickets from a event organizer. We are planing to sell the 1000 tickets through our website using event exprosso. What is the best way in which I can achieve this:

We let them know where they can pick up the tickets from.
How do we make sure that customers do not try to cheat and use the receipt multiple times?
You could use our ticketing add-on to send registrants a electronic ticket from your website (using Event Espresso). Then require everyone that registered to show the electronic ticket when picking up the physical ticket. You can can scan that ticket with a barcode scanner or our mobile app to check-in each electronic ticket.
You can also check in each person manually from the Event Espresso admin > Registrations > Event Check-in page.

How do we make sure that no one uses the ticket receipt more than once. If we scan the exectronic ticket one, that ticket barcode will not scan again or will give error message?
It should show an error message if it has been used already.
