I noted that for a couple days no printable tickets were sent from my system. Thus, I checked the Ticket Template. However, it is not there anymore. It is gone?!
I usually have 15 entries, but the ticket entry for the standard message templates is gone. I do not know why and how. I did not update the plugin.

The plugin is activated correctly.

The plugin is not working since the 11th of November.
The links in old old E/Mails linking to the ticket are not working anymore as well.
Any recent wordpress update interfering?

The latest stable wordpress release was September 7, 2016 with 4.6.1. So that is not the bug causing thing either.

I also deactived all plugins and changed to default theme. That is not the problem as well.

Hi there,

If you go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Settings.

Within the ‘Email’ section, you should have a ‘Ticket Notice’ shown in the active messages section. Drag that to the inactive messages section and then drag it back to the active messages.

Now look in the ‘HTML’ section, do you have a ‘Ticket’ message there?

Again move that to be de-activated, and more it back.

Do the messages templates now show in the default list?

Wow, great. Thanks Tony.
How the heck did that happen?
I guess it has something to do with deactivating all plugins and reactiving them (during a testing period).
