We are using the ticketing plugin and have found that with a registration that has multiple attendees, the primary is showing on every badge. I read through past posts and checked to be certain that “Additional Registrants” has the “Personal Information” Question Group checked. The standard messages are showing the correct name for multiple registrants, but the tickets are not. Any help is appreciated.

Hi Janice,

By default, it will show separate tickets for each registrant when you select Additional registrants details.

Only the primary registrant gets all the tickets with all the separate names:

But the other registrants only got their own tickets.

Can you please go to EE > Messages and check if the ticket notice for all the registrants has been generated?

Thanks, Sam. We are actually using the ticketing function to create badges, printed in-house only so the tickets sent to registrants is not being used. However, I think I’ve figured out what happened. We had this badge custom designed by a Codeable developer who said they worked with EE and he used “Primary Registrant” as the field on the badge, instead of “Recipient.” I’ve now created a new badge based on the original (for safety) that uses the correct field, but I can’t find where I need to assign that new “ticket” to this event. Can you point me in the right direction so I can test it?

Never mind – I found it under Notifications | HTML. And that fixed the issue as well. Thank you!
