Hi I’m having some serious (in that they are very time consuming) problems with the ticketing module. The first is that my company logo does not display. I have removed the image on the edit ticket page and then tried to add another but it will not allow me to. The page just goes grey as if a pop up will appear but then doesn’t and it disappears if I click the mouse. The second I am getting a ton of complaints over. The venues all display correctly in the map links but don’t display correctly on the map on the tickets. The map on the tickets seem to be using the town and not the postcode or full address of the venue and it’s pointing some people MILES away from where they should be. Finally I was wondering if there is any way I can remove the price from the ticket, it just looks odd – I run free events and although it now says free event on the ticket, having a price of £0.00 on it as well just looks odd. Thanks Ged |
Hi Ged, For your first question, this sounds like there may be a JavaScript issue on the page where you can upload the ticket logo. You might try disabling JavaScript concatenation for the WordPress admin to see if that makes a difference: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Disable_Javascript_Concatenation You can use an FTP client and a text editor to access and add this line to the site’s wp-config.php file: With your second issue about the map not working, can you post an example address so we can investigate further? You can remove the price from the ticket by modifying the ticket template. Please see this guide in the ticketing documentation for more info about how to modify the ticket template: |

Hi Josh Thanks for that I can’t access the documentation for the Ticketing module – it says I need a business or VIP license. I originally purchased a personal licence and have gone on to buy most of the modules – could I be switched from personal to business? Thanks Ged |
Hi Ged, Can you put in an update request so someone from sales so they can look this information up and update your account? Please list all the modules you have purchased in the update request form: |

Hi Josh Thanks for that! However, the logo is still not showing up – does it need to be a certain size? Also the shortcode [venue_address2] does not seem to bring the second line of the address through and this would be very useful! Any idea how to get it to work? Ged |
