When installing the ticketing addon it fails with this mesage
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare espresso_ticketing_version() (previously declared in /home/rnramcmd/public_html/wp-content/plugins/eventespresso.tmp/espresso-ticketing.php:31) in /home/rnramcmd/public_html/wp-content/plugins/espresso-ticketing1/espresso-ticketing.php on line 32
I had it working (EE3) and was prompted to update to version 2.2.0 and this fell over so I reverted back and now that wont work! Any help appreciated.

Finally reinstalled the older version. Still can’t get the update to work and cant remember how I customised the old version!

Hi there,
The error means you had two copies of the ticketing plugin active at the same time. You can prevent the error by deactivating the old version and install the new one. If you did customize the old version, you’ll lose your customizations if you update to the new version.
