If we already sent the confirmation emails, are we able to resend with the Ticketing Add-On?

Hi Dino,

Do you want to send the confirmation email (Registration Approved message) again or do you want to send the user an email to download their tickets?

You can do both within EE, it just depends on exactly what you want to send.

To send just the tickets, with the Ticketing Add-on active you go to Event Espresso -> Registrations.

Find the registration you want to send the ticket notice to and click the icon to resend – https://monosnap.com/file/BMPyHGIs0FFrvkXgpHuqMG56qo38oO
