I have installed the EE application to my mobile device to use mobile check ins. I am able to login to the application but when doing so, I don’t see any events. Is there any action that I need to take to be able to see current and upcoming events?
It appears that I have both the Ticketing add-on and JSON API as part of EE3, so is there something else I need to do to be able to see my events in the mobile app?
The Ticketing Add-on & the JSON API Add-on should be both installed and activated within your Plugins section. They are all individual plugins that must be installed and activated separately.
So if you go to Dashboard -> Plugins. Can you see the Ticketing and JSON API Add-ons listed there?
