Ticketing Add On – Mobile

I have installed the EE application to my mobile device to use mobile check ins. I am able to login to the application but when doing so, I don’t see any events. Is there any action that I need to take to be able to see current and upcoming events?

WP Version – 3.9.1

Hi,

You should have EE3 installed along with the Espresso Ticketing add-on and the Espresso JSON API.

It appears that I have both the Ticketing add-on and JSON API as part of EE3, so is there something else I need to do to be able to see my events in the mobile app?

Hi Setarra,

The Ticketing Add-on & the JSON API Add-on should be both installed and activated within your Plugins section. They are all individual plugins that must be installed and activated separately.

So if you go to Dashboard -> Plugins. Can you see the Ticketing and JSON API Add-ons listed there?

Yes, I see them and have downloaded them. Do I install them following the instructions for Custom Files Addon?

Are they currently not installed within your site?

They should be installed the same as a normal plugin.

Dashboard -> Plugins.
Add New.
Upload.
Select each of those plugins and upload/install.

This guide is for installing Event Espresso itself, however the process is the same for these Add-ons. See here:
