Our events have both adult and child tickets. As an example we offer 20 seats, these could be either adult or child.

Is there a way to combine the quantity for both ticket types to give an overall allocation for the event.

Hi there,

Just to summarize within this post, tickets ‘grant access’ to datetimes so to do the above you set the limit on the DateTime itself.

So for this example, if you have a single DateTime within the event then both the adult and child tickets will be assigned to that DateTime.

You can set specific limits on tickets but the ‘overall’ limit is the DateTime limit, meaning something like this:

Allows you to sell any combination of adult and child tickets until you reach the DateTime limit of 20.
