Hello,
We are using the Ticket add-on in EE3. On our tickets, there is a blue “power” icon next to the QR code and we can’t seem how to remove it or what purpose it serves. Can you please let me know how I can remove this?

It sounds like you are referring to the Gravatar image associated with the email address.
You can see my Gravatar above my name on left of this post and here within a ticket – http://take.ms/edSsf
If you view the Gravatar link above is the logo for that site that the power icon you currently see?

Yes that it is! I removed the Gravatar from the .php. Thank you!
