EE3: Version 3.1.36.6.P
Ticketing: Version 2.1.p
API: Version 2.1.3.P

New Installation at pawhevents.org

Fails in Firefox and in Chrome. However, Image Upload works on General Settings for Logo.

Could you point us to doc on how tickets work with the payment gateway? The email confirmation comes from authorize.net – is the ticket template passed to the gateway? We want to control the FROM and REPLY-TO addresses in the confirmation.

Hi Chip,

Could you temporarily deactivate all plugins and reactivate Event Espresso and its add-ons and re-test?

You can control the send from name by using a transactional email service such as Mandrill or Postmark app:

The Send from plugin may also help:

We deactivated all plugins and only activated EE plugins. We still have the same problem.
